What we actually collect.

We built this site around the idea that you shouldn't have to hand over more than necessary. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and who it passes through.

Information we collect

If you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address. If you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, and email, and payment is handled directly by our payment processors, we do not see or store your full card number or crypto wallet keys ourselves.

Third-party services we use

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. Print fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printify, which receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order. Email updates are sent through Kit. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your information.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order confirmations, and, only if you opt in, send email updates about new pieces, the audiobook, or the next book. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Cookies

This site uses minimal, functional cookies necessary for the shopping cart to work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, and rely on established, reputable providers (Stripe, NOWPayments, Printify, Kit) for anything involving payment or fulfillment, rather than storing sensitive data ourselves.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any email we send. To request that we delete information we hold about you, email info (at) verifiednotwatched.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
