Most orders take 5-7 days to produce before shipping. You'll get a tracking notification once it ships, typically via UPS. UPS delivery within the US usually takes 3-5 business days, and 15-20 business days for international orders.

Send us an email with picture proof of the damaged item and its shipping packaging to info (at) verifiednotwatched.com, and we'll prepare a replacement at absolutely no charge.

We offer a 7-day return window. If you're not happy with a piece for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right.

We were established in 2012 with a single piece of space artwork. We began attending conventions and sharing content on Reddit, then added more artists and more artwork and kept growing. The rest is history.

We're located in Orlando, Florida.

We do. All pieces were hand signed and numbered, and many included a hand signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. If you need anything verified, email it to us and we'll be happy to review the authenticity of your piece.

Our most recent convention appearance was a vendor booth at Comic Con here in Orlando. We'll post a roster if we attend others in the future.
